• At least a college / university degree
• At least three years of relevant work experience

The application process starts with the receival of your letter and attached CV (preferably by email). If you manage to convince us of your knowledge, skills and motivation we plan a first meeting.
This first encounter is to get to know each other better. We are interested in the choice of your education, previous work experience and of course what kind of person you are. Drawing up a personality profile may be part of the procedure. We explain our organization and working methods, and provide information about the projects we execute.
After this first interview we determine whether you fit within our Entrador profile. If this is the case you will know this as soon as possible and invited for a second interview. In this second interview we would like to hear why you think it is interesting to work as a consultant and what goals you pursue professionally, but also on the social level. We explain what we expect from a new colleague.
After two interviews, possibly with different Entrador consultants / partners, we determine whether you will be a valuable addition to our team. Feedback will again take place soon after this last meeting. When you and Entrador are still positive and enthusiastic, we invite you for a working interview. Also, we look at a possible start date. We strive for an application procedure that lasts up to two weeks.
