Agile and Scrum are popular terms and there are now many providers that provide all kinds of knowledge and training. Entrador's core quality has been in the field of Business Analysis for years and we have a lot of experience and knowledge in how to strongly connect the business with IT. Based on our expertise we have a very concrete answer to the steps an organization needs to take to become more Agile mature and find the desired connection between business and IT in an Agile environment.
Our mission is: Agile from theory to daily practice.
This means that we can help organizations and teams to take the right steps in the sprint to get out of what is actually intended to start the Agile transition. We don't train for a certificate, but pick it up after they have completed the training and look for how to really apply it in their daily work. We train on the job and participate in the transition.
Together we will determine what maturity the organization and teams have in Agile and Scrum and we will decide which user stories we can put on the backlog to bring it to the desired level. We support this process from Agile (management) Coaching and Scrum Master roles, but also from Business Analysis, in which we come up with an answer on how the analysis gets a place within Scrum.
By means of the Agile Game, participants can experience the benefits of an Agile way of working in a short period of time.
In a workshop of about 3.5 hours a case will be presented in which several small teams will work in an Agile way towards a result in which the methodology will be explained as much as possible in a practical way.
All this in a relaxed setting where the goal is a working, programmed robot.
The workshop is suitable for different groups. Based on the group the case will be adjusted.
This makes the workshop suitable for teams without Agile experience, teams with some Agile experience and existing Agile teams that run into problems.
