Almost all Entrador consultants are certified as BPMN experts (in accordance with Method&Style) methodologie of Bruce Silver They therefore have knowledge and experience with the formal BPMN specifications as drawn up by the Object Management Group (OMG). These BPMN specifications still contain a large number of degrees of freedom (too many in our opinion) and can therefore be interpreted and elaborated as they see fit. This does not promote standardization and uniformity, even within one and the same organization. The Method&Style methodology is somewhat stricter in the doctrine and ensures that consistency and uniformity can be achieved more easily. Entrador does recommend that besides applying the methodology, also a supervisor is appointed who monitors that agreements made are also met.
